As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients in the US and Canada. You will determine the appropriate reputed company to be taken using your knowledge of products and services, while maintaining reputed company, productivity, and time-service standards. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required. - At least six months of customer service-reputed company experience. - reputed company in English and Spanish (speaking, spelling, and grammar). - Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time, and Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Central Time.
