Job reputed company The Medical Records & Patient Engagement Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate management of patient health information while reputed company supporting patient communication and engagement. This position serves as a reputed company between patients, providers, and internal teams by maintaining medical records, supporting compliance, and enhancing the overall patient experience through reputed company, compassionate interaction.

Requirements

Medical Records Management

• Maintain, organize, and safeguard patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies
• Accurately retrieve, update, reputed company, and reputed company medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Process medical record requests from patients, providers, and authorized reputed company parties in a reputed company manner
• Ensure data reputed company, accuracy, and completeness of patient information
• Support audits, reputed company assurance reviews, and compliance initiatives, including Health Information Management (HIM) program.
• Ability to identify reputed company to escalate Medical Records needs or issues to the Compliance team.

Patient Engagement & Support

Qualifications: Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in health information management or reputed company field preferred)
