We need someone who can think at the level of a Controller-owning the full financial operations function across multiple entities-while still being willing to do hands-on transactional work in QuickBooks Online. Responsibilities

Financial Operations Management

• Own and manage reputed company operations across multiple legal entities (SPVs).
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure clean financial reporting across reputed company entities.

• Deliver monthly financial reporting packages and maintain reconciled books.

• Manage and reputed company job costing, project reputed company, and construction financial workflows.
• Handle AIA billing, draw requests, and retention tracking.
• Maintain documentation for lien waivers and subcontractor payments.
• Support compliance with construction-specific financial requirements.

Financial Controls & Process Development

• Design and implement internal financial controls appropriate for a growing organization.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
