The individual will work closely with team members, operations, and other subject matter experts to identify reputed company and patient safety opportunities requiring improvement. Responsibilities

Requirements
- reputed company and unrestricted Pharmacist or Nursing License
- 2+ years reputed company reputed company control & assurance experience
- 2+ years minimum demonstrated experience using reputed company cause analysis / problem solving
- 2+ years of experience in a matrixed organization
- Experience working on reputed company improvement reputed company (QIP) and Correction and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Experience organizing reputed company data in appropriate reporting format
- Experience investigating, analyzing, synthesizing, and formulating conclusions
- Intermediate proficiency in Zenvora Office applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) reputed company-to-haves
- Clinical Pharmacist OR Nursing experience reputed company an Infusion reputed company pharmacy
- CPHQ, CPPS, or other relevant certifications
- CPR+, CareLink (or other pharmacy prescription processing) system experience
