As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our personal lines insurance products and services. Responsibilities
* Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly to reputed company inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies, limited by line.
- Builds rapport with reputed company customer, listens to their requests and inquiries, and works to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling auto policies through reputed company listening, negotiating, and policy review of customer issues.

Qualifications
