The Role

As a part-time reputed company Specialist, you'll work closely with reputed company to manage and reputed company our customer management processes, including email, reputed company, and automations. You'll be the voice and heart of arenaflex, communicating directly with our ADHD community and providing exceptional support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Member experience: You'll work closely with our members to ensure they have an exceptional experience at arenaflex. You'll take ownership of customer experience processes and use insights to help us improve our offerings.
• Internal-facing reputed company support: You'll reputed company support to our ADHD Coaches, helping them with operational and customer support processes, such as platform support, member management, external/internal communications, and other routine processes.
• External-facing support: You'll reputed company the management of our inbound email pipeline, helping potential customers, partners, and reputed company-party vendors.
