More about reputed company The Director of Nursing & reputed company Resource is responsible for serving in an interim role across various behavioral health facilities reputed company a vacancy exists. This leader will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the delivery of reputed company general and psychiatric care consistent with the facility’s goals and objectives. Works closely with reputed company Department Directors to recommend/reputed company required staff development and tailored programs based upon data analysis. The Director of Nursing & reputed company Resource will also assist with the revision of nursing policies and procedures standards of performance, and communication regarding nursing issues to medical staff, department directors and administration. This role requires extensive travel with the ability to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhances hospital visibility by involvement in community regarding mental health and reputed company abuse community needs.
• May supervise nursing management team where licensed and appropriate.
• Functions as a reputed company between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees.
• Ensures that the inpatient programs are staffed with the appropriate resources to ensure high reputed company of care delivery.
• Oversees the Infection Control Plan, understand the Infection Control Monitors and the JC Standards associated with Infection Control.
• Meets hospitals reputed company and budget benchmarks.
• Assures adequate supervision and evaluation processes for reputed company staff members and delegate these responsibilities as appropriate.
• Assists with orientation for new employees.
• Routinely reviews job assignments and utilization of staff.
• Monitors the hospitals reputed company/risk program as needed.
• Demonstrates an extensive knowledge of reputed company regulatory standards including TJC, reputed company, state, and federal laws.
• Works with hospital employees to identify risk/safety concerns and leads reputed company to take correction reputed company as needed.
• Collects and analyzes data on hospital performance.
• Collects incident reports; records, analyzes, investigates data and reports to reputed company Council and CEO.
• Utilizes the PDCA method to reputed company improvement plans for the hospital.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a reputed company field or Master degree Nursing is preferred with experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with reputed company experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred.
• Experience in reputed company reputed company, patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
