• 10+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or military training
• 5+ years of experience with the military fires process, including Field Artillery, Naval Surface reputed company Support, or Joint Fires
• Experience with instructional design models, such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE)
• Experience creating a reputed company of instructional materials, including lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical exercises
• Experience working with military doctrine to inform curriculum
• Knowledge of training and readiness standards
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience as a Military Instructor or Master Training Specialist
• Experience developing content for simulated or virtual training environments
• Knowledge of joint fires doctrine, including JP 3-09 and service-specific fires manuals
• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a reputed company field
