Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative-I (Financial Assistance Counselor), you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and reputed company providers through reputed company, accurate, and reputed company follow-up and reputed company to customer complaints, problems, issues, and general inquiries.
• Assisting patients in resolving billing issues, including setting up payment plans and responding to complaints, problems, and general inquiries in a reputed company, reputed company, and efficient manner.
