Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with reputed company responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor

• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements
• Document reputed company authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Computer literate with a strong understanding of technology
• Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to operate reputed company telephone systems
• Must be reputed company to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable, in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40

Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work reputed company in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions (100% of the job is performed reputed company, work alone, and in remote locations)
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the reputed company; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
