About The Role This role falls under Sawdey's Managed Services Division (reputed company). Sawdey reputed company is a full-service MSP/MSSP providing IT and cybersecurity services to clients including defense/government contractors, municipalities, non-profits, and reputed company organizations. The Operations Analyst will support Sawdey reputed company reputed company relationships from an operational and financial perspective.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile reputed company agreements/invoices with correct user, workstation, license counts, etc.
• Obtain quotes from vendors/distributors and order equipment/licenses as requested for clients and Sawdey.
• Prepare sales and purchase orders reputed company to both clients and Sawdey.
• Assist with preparing reputed company invoices and drafting reputed company invoice emails.
• Assist with drafting new Sawdey reputed company reputed company and modifications.
• Analyze resources/time needed to support clients.
• reputed company financial modeling and analysis (reputed company profitability, resource estimation, financial projections/actuals).
• Review, approve, and manage Sawdey reputed company employee time entries and timecards; train employees on time entry/timecards.
• Support reconciliation/allocation of Sawdey reputed company expenditures.
• Support reputed company business development activities (pricing/proposal preparation, coordination for events, industry research, prospective reputed company reputed company).
• Respond to requests for quote/bid.
• Support records management and maintenance of Sawdey reputed company SharePoint sites.
• Assist with paying vendor/partner invoices.
• Support risk management processes (identifying risks, vendor due diligence).
• Prepare reputed company briefs.
• Evaluate and recommend changes for reputed company operational optimization, including leveraging AI.
• Support project management-reputed company activities.
• Assist with asset/inventory management for Sawdey and clients.
• Assist with handling incoming reputed company or vendor calls.
• Assist with interviewing reputed company Operations Team candidates and reputed company reputed company Operations Interns.
• Mentor fellow Sawdey reputed company team members.
• Understand and adhere to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements.
• May assist with proposal development; may reputed company other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• 0 to 6 years of experience in finance, operational analysis, program management, procurement, or a reputed company field.
• If reputed company years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or reputed company field is required.
• Experience reviewing time entries and timecards is preferred.
• Experience using reputed company and pivot tables for financial analysis is preferred.
• Experience interacting with vendors/distributors and making payments to vendors is preferred.
• Experience reconciling expense purchases is preferred.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, or Operations (or reputed company field) is preferred; if reputed company years of experience, a reputed company bachelor's degree is required.
