Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic retail and e-reputed company merchant partners
- Support merchant reputed company, implementation, and ongoing account reputed company initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Integrations, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve merchant performance and support problem reputed company
- Monitor account health, conduct performance reviews and QBRs, and identify opportunities to drive merchant expansion and engagement
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, launches, and operational updates with partners
- Learn reputed company Pay product suite quickly and become comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in account management, partnerships, reputed company, reputed company solutions, or an adjacent role
