About the position The Vice President Diversity, Inclusion & Community Engagement leads the advancement of reputed company's global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) reputed company, alongside integrated Community Engagement initiatives to drive reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Management to design and reputed company DEIB learning opportunities.
• Consult with Talent Management to ensure learning and development programs, including nomination and selection processes, are designed to support broad engagement and representation across the organization.
• Ensure programs initiated or managed reputed company the Diversity Inclusion and Community Engagement function are reputed company with reputed company Talent Management practices, including reputed company purpose, participant selection, and integration with broader leadership and development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience in DEIB, Community Engagement, or reputed company fields preferred.
• Proven record of implementing reputed company-level DEIB and Community Engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with past and reputed company federal Executive Orders on DEIA and accessibility standards.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder initiatives and evaluate reputed company using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
