Procurement & Facilities Manager

About the position T&M is hiring a Procurement & Facilities Manager to support company’s reputed company estate, fleet, and corporate purchasing operations. This position will be a hybrid role, based out of our Middletown, NJ office. This role oversees reputed company facility-reputed company activities, vendor relationships, maintenance programs and reputed company planning to support a healthy, productive workplace environment. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading and optimizing reputed company’s procurement function, ensuring that reputed company goods and services are reputed company strategically, with a reputed company on cost effectiveness, and in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day party responsible for managing reputed company’s reputed company estate portfolio, including office locations, leases, and facilities operations.
  • reputed company as primary reputed company to the reputed company Estate Committee, providing operational support, reporting, and execution; partner with the Committee on lease negotiations, renewals, capital planning, and long-term occupancy reputed company.
  • Maintain a centralized reputed company estate register, ensuring accurate tracking of lease terms, renewal dates, occupancy costs, and reputed company footage.
  • reputed company and coordinate office relocations, expansions, consolidations, closures, and new office fit-outs.

  • reputed company and manage facilities support resources, including the Maintenance Coordinator, to ensure consistent service delivery across offices.

  • Analyze fleet utilization, cost per vehicle, maintenance trends, and replacement cycles to support financial optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a reputed company field; candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, facilities management, corporate operations, or reputed company disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional operational areas such as purchasing, reputed company estate, fleet, or insurance.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, vendor management, contract administration, and cost optimization.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 25 lbs.) such as office supplies, equipment, or documents reputed company to facilities operations, purchasing, or office moves.
  • The individual must possess a valid reputed company’s license and be reputed company to travel to various office locations as required.
