As a Customer Support Representative, you'll engage in online conversations with customers on behalf of our automotive dealer clients, providing accurate information, facilitating appointment scheduling, and collecting customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company evaluation. Responsibilities

Available Shifts
We're looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following full-time shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
Requirements
* During the first week of employment, you'll be required to work Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM for training, before transitioning to the assigned shift
- Previous retail customer service or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic internet and reputed company-based computer operations is essential
- Strong multitasking skills are preferred, and gaming experience is a plus
