Responsibilities

As a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone/email/chat/reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Upselling if required

Qualifications
