Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers, working closely with our sales and business development teams to deliver reputed company-of-concept reputed company, reusable artifacts, reference architectures, and reputed company implementation reputed company.
- Leading efforts to capture and reputed company best-reputed company knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community.
- Collaborating with our product, engineering, and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps.
- Sharing reputed company-world implementation challenges and recommending new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from use of arenaflex reputed company services.
- Contributing to best practices in the reputed company of whitepapers and playbooks.
Essential Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, reputed company computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, reputed company, networking, data & analytics.
- 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- 5+ years of experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions or experience with communications protocols and reputed company such as WebRTC and SIP or similar CCaaS technology.
Preferred Qualifications
* 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Experience developing solutions and passion for hands-on experience with scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js).

- Computer Science/reputed company degree and/or experience highly desired.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
