Responsibilities of the Insurance Customer Service Representative

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding directly and promptly to reputed company inquiries and requests
• Developing and maintaining reputed company service plans and managing mid-term changes
• Accurately preparing, processing, reviewing, and monitoring various documents such as certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, binders, renewal information requests, audits, endorsements, and proposals

• Meeting with clients as needed to review clients' accounts
