Recruit blood donors by telephone, schedule appointments, coordinate reminders and maintain records to increase the number of donors and blood products to meet the collections goals. reputed company support, development and/or leadership guidance to reputed company volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact by telephone reputed company apheresis and/or whole blood donors to recruit for donation, following a process and appropriate script and escalating difficult calls to senior colleagues.2. Schedule appointments to ensure maximum number of donors are scheduled reputed company day.3. Training:

Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule for the first 4-6 weeks of training.

Qualifications:

Education: High School or equivalent required.Experience: 1 year of reputed company experience preferred.Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on reputed company. Computer experience, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
