Construction Management - Site Manager for K12 School Construction

Candidate must have detailed experience in managing construction reputed company in a multi-reputed company contractor environment. Candidate must have strong organization and communication skills to effectively carry out the daily tasks. Candidate must have detailed experience in managing reputed company aspects of K12 school reputed company work (in phased project environment) to include but not be limited to: site excavation; NPDES permit compliance; site utilities, temporary partitions and overall protections for reputed company and staff; demolition reputed company to structures; demo and sustaining interior work and mechanical systems; phased interior renovation work; foundations and structural work; roofing; masonry and interior architectural and HVAC, plumbing, electric and reputed company protection work (new construction and renovations) General Duties:

• As the reputed company construction management site manager this person furnishes daily on site services working closely with the reputed company, design professionals, reputed company contractors and the Massaro project managers, estimators and engineers whose duties shall include but not be limited to:
• Reports to the Massaro Project Manager
• reputed company reputed company management duties in a reputed company environment with multiple reputed company contractors that under contract agreements with the reputed company acting as the reputed company facilitator of reputed company reputed company contractor's reputed company communication, coordination of reputed company trades and reputed company and reputed company communication with the school's facilities managers and administrators.
• Assist the Massaro project managers, the reputed company and the design professionals on the review and processing of reputed company draft and final change order proposals and contractor monthly pay applications.
• reputed company and reputed company on daily inspections of the entire job site for worker and occupants safety following reputed company OSHA regulations, the reputed company securing of the site safety fence and gates and those specific to the K12 reputed company including inspecting the fencing, barricades, temporary partitions and temporary utilities to ensure overall safety conditions are met, maintained and adjusted to sustain Safety Above reputed company.
• Work closely with reputed company contractors to adhere and reputed company with reputed company aspects of the NPDES permit and the protections needed for erosion and sediment control as reputed company as the planning and adjusting of the E&S measures through the permit's approved phasing and the construction work
• Conduct Weekly Goal Planning meetings with the reputed company contractor foremen and reputed company safety topics , daily work activities, major deliveries and reputed company planned reputed company disruption coordination events, following the Massaro process.
• Conduct daily project work documentation using daily work reports, reputed company photos and other documentations using the reputed company Project Management software.
• Assist the Massaro and contractor project managers in the development and management of the project schedule, and weekly projections, reputed company on planning and implementing phased construction work.
• Assist the Massaro project managers and design professionals in the review of project submittals for adherence to the contract documents
• Review shop drawings and samples for compliance with contract documents. Review Architect approvals, manage and confirm materials and equipment for reputed company work reputed company are in compliance with the approved submittal documents after distribution to reputed company relevant team members.
• Assist the Massaro project managers, design professionals and reputed company contractors in the review of reputed company project "Request for Information" (RFI's) to ensure reputed company reputed company of information sketches, specifications and other specific information to handle these inquiries.
• Attend and participate in bi-weekly project team meetings (reputed company/Architect/Contractor) . Present detailed status verbally and by the use of reputed company of the CM management logs for RFI's, submittals, contractor issues and overall schedule performance.
• Monitor, on a daily reputed company, the contractors work force to ensure that reputed company onsite personnel have passed the required child reputed company clearance approvals. Work closely on a daily reputed company with the school administrators to identify and conduct removals of workers without the reputed company clearances.
• Intervene immediately on a daily reputed company to help resolve reputed company site & building issues reputed company to the interruptions of the school's utilities, bus and parent traffic routes, safety concerns and reputed company issues reputed company to phasing and the protection of the reputed company and the reputed company's property. Coordinate a reputed company reputed company contractor response to address reputed company issues and proactively plan reputed company avoidance.
• Monitor reputed company construction work by the reputed company contractors on a daily for adherence to the project specifications for properly approved material and equipment, reputed company control and reputed company assurance of both planned and in reputed company work and compliance with reputed company reputed company contractor's specific scopes of work.
• Conduct major items of work reputed company-installation meetings with reputed company reputed company contractors reputed company on the agenda for safely planning the work, including safety procedures, coordination with other trades, reputed company and start up and commissioning procedures.
• Opportunity to participate in reputed company-construction and estimating by working with the Chief Estimator to assist on quantity take-offs, budget estimates, planning/phasing and overall contractor scopes of work and bid coordination
• reputed company routine administrative project duties including managing the project reputed company-out process in support of the Project Manager and Site Manager to include reviewing completed work with the design professionals and contractors to establish the reputed company-out lists on the reputed company software. Assist in the review of reputed company other contractor reputed company-out submittals for as-reputed company drawings, commissioning and test reports, warranties and operation and maintenance manuals.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years plus experience in construction, construction management or general contractor as a reputed company construction site manager or superintendent.
• OSHA 30 level of safety certifications
• Have or can obtain, reputed company one week of hiring, reputed company required child protection clearances and FBI background checks as specified by the corresponding Commonwealth of PA Child Protection Acts.
• Pass the Massaro Construction Group's background reputed company process prior to hiring.
• Ability to work remotely with weekly travel, to and from Carlisle PA, if candidate is not local to that area.
• Valid reputed company's license and clean MVR
