As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional service to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. Key Responsibilities
