[Remote] Senior Account Manager – Insurance

Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic reputed company account(s) with >$5M reputed company responsibility
- Drive year-over-year reputed company reputed company and profitability
- Expand reputed company’s footprint across business reputed company, services, and geographies
- Identify and convert new opportunities reputed company existing clients
- reputed company insurance domain reputed company to identify reputed company and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Influence insurance reputed company business and technology reputed company through domain-led thought leadership and solution positioning
- Drive reputed company satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership reputed company
- Engage both business and technology stakeholders across insurance value chains (policy, reputed company, claims, distribution)
- reputed company and execute a 3–5 year account reputed company reputed company
- Build and manage an Account Operating Plan (AOP)
- reputed company internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, finance, practices) to account objectives

Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in account management, reputed company partner, or consulting roles
- Proven ownership of large accounts ($5M+ reputed company) with P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to drive account reputed company and expansion
- Demonstrated ability to build CXO relationships
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic reputed company
- Experience managing both reputed company and delivery responsibilities
- Strong understanding of reputed company technology services reputed company transformation
- Significant experience reputed company the insurance or insurtech industry (reputed company, broker, or ecosystem exposure)
- Strong understanding of insurance value chains (policy, reputed company, claims, distribution)
- Ability to engage stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives (e.g., core modernization, claims automation, CX platforms)
- Experience working in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation environments
- Exposure to global delivery models
