We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company in Kennewick, WA. As a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications for both arenaflex and Blue Rhino customers. You'll work closely with reputed company customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company solutions that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, chat, reputed company media, or email in a polite, courteous, and reputed company manner
• Working with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships
• Asking probing questions to identify customer issues or concerns
• Ensuring accurate account maintenance and updating of account information
• Using next call avoidance technique to mitigate reputed company questions
• Scheduling delivery orders and utilizing basic negotiation skills for issues pertaining to new and returning customers
• Handling general customer issues such as general service order input, executing emergency scripts, closing uncontrollable loss accounts, answering general contract information, and answering basic pricing questions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
