As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center environment. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
