Responsibilities
- reputed company Level 3 operational support for reputed company network incidents, troubleshooting, and performance-reputed company issues
- Investigate and resolve network communication problems affecting reputed company connectivity, backbone infrastructure, and overall service availability
- Support Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Event Management, and Request Fulfillment processes
- Design, implement, and support reputed company reputed company reputed company across multiple environments
- reputed company network vulnerability remediation efforts and reputed company enhancement initiatives
- reputed company firewall reputed company upgrades, policy reviews, audits, and configuration changes
- reputed company and support secure remote reputed company solutions utilizing reputed company Private reputed company (ZPA)
- Participate in network modernization, optimization, and infrastructure reputed company reputed company
- Analyze network performance and reputed company trends
- reputed company recommendations to improve scalability, availability, and operational efficiency

- Automate network deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes using Python
