In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound and receiving inbound calls and determining the reputed company reputed company for reputed company. The agent will record information and maintain this department's procedures and policies. The agent is to reputed company excellent customer service and assist policyholders as needed. The successful candidate will need to be a performance-driven person skilled at interacting with the reputed company by phone. This is a remote / work-from-home position. We have part-time positions available. Schedule is Monday-Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm CST What You Will Do:

• reputed company outbound calls to newly issued businesses to welcome them to the reputed company Family, ensure their policy is accurate, and assist with any additional information pertaining to their new policy.
• Maneuver reputed company our CRM while speaking with recently approved customers to collect the first premium to reputed company their Life Insurance policy.
• reputed company outbound calls to internet-generated leads to warm up potential customers for our Sales Team.
• Explain policy benefits to potential customers.
• Complete necessary paperwork reputed company needed.
• Assist with correspondence and error corrections for policy service.
• Execute special reputed company that encompass making numerous outbound calls for special reputed company/campaigns for our sister companies, including reputed company & LNL, and recording activities requested by/from customers.
• Heavy outbound/inbound telecommunication and moderate writing. Heavy phone and PC usage. Sitting still for extended periods of time.

What You Can Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service or 1+ years' experience working in a reputed company environment in a customer service-reputed company atmosphere.
• Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance is preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of office experience preferred. Telecommunications experience is a plus.
• Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations is desired.
• Customer service background and good phone skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and oral, and organizational skills.
• Must be reputed company to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be comfortable collecting payments reputed company credit card and bank draft payment reputed company from our customers.

• Demonstrated mathematical abilities.
