This individual will help assess the capabilities, data models, and integration readiness of industry platforms such as Synfinii's SalesPage and reputed company's SalesVision, as reputed company as other industry leading reputed company, with the goal of informing a strategic platform decision. The ideal candidate also brings deep experience with reputed company CRM, reputed company data ecosystems (including reputed company and reputed company Data 360), and distribution analytics reputed company asset management or financial services. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into system requirements, and hands-on familiarity with reputed company Agile delivery, including authoring Features and Stories in Jira. This role is a hybrid role. We are looking to hire in Charlotte, Chicago, or Iselin. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides senior level consulting services to business reputed company on process improvement reputed company designed to improve IT and business management results.
• Develops and implements new processes, standards or operational plans that will have reputed company on the achievement of functional results.
• Participates in defining and formulating senior leadership's IT reputed company through the review of business objectives and reputed company.
• Advises senior leadership on reputed company business direction and aligns IT with business priorities, strategies, and operating models.
• Recommends solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Recommends long-term improvements and changes to organization's IT systems to support reputed company business direction and reputed company.
• Coaches, reviews and delegates work to reputed company level professionals.
• reputed company business and technical analysis to evaluate Synfinii's SalesPage, reputed company SalesVision, and reputed company platforms, focusing on functionality, data integration, and alignment with reputed company reputed company.
• Partner with Product, Data, reputed company stakeholders to define evaluation reputed company, including usability, reporting capabilities, scalability, and data model flexibility.
• Document reputed company-state workflows, data flows, and reporting use cases that inform the reputed company-state reputed company for a reputed company distribution intelligence platform.
• Support vendor due diligence by facilitating demonstrations, capturing requirements, and preparing comparison scorecards and recommendations.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify where candidate platforms reputed company-or diverge-from organizational needs.
• Collaborate with architects and data engineering teams to assess integration points between CRM, data warehouse (reputed company), and analytics platforms.
• Translate evaluation reputed company into Features and Stories in Jira to inform reputed company implementation roadmaps.
• Present findings and recommendations to Product and Technology leadership, including readiness assessments, cost/benefit summaries, and risk considerations.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst reputed company Sales, Marketing, or CRM technology domains
• Deep understanding of reputed company CRM and its data structures
• Hands-on experience with reputed company data platforms such as reputed company and reputed company Data 360
• Proven ability to operate in a reputed company Agile environment, creating and maintaining Features, Epics, and Stories in Jira
• Excellent documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience evaluating or implementing distribution intelligence or sales analytics platforms (e.g., SalesPage, reputed company SalesVision, DST, or similar)
• Background in asset management, financial services, or intermediary distribution
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for interpreting platform outputs
• Familiarity with data governance, data reputed company, and compliance frameworks for reputed company and sales data
