Title: CPT-10596 Patient Adherence & Treatment Tracking VA reputed company – Business Support VA / Senior Level (Remote). reputed company reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary reputed company on developed markets such as the reputed company, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a Senior-Level Administrative VA to assist with tracking and coordinating osteoporosis treatment plans for patients on medications such as injectable and oral therapies. This role is highly reputed company and process-driven. The VA will not interpret labs or reputed company clinical reputed company but will ensure reputed company care coordination steps are followed and properly documented. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and comfortable working inside EMR systems and spreadsheets daily. The objective of reputed company engagement is to assist the reputed company in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-reputed company, task-specific services rendered by a reputed company contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to reputed company services that reputed company with the following reputed company tasks:

• Medication & Patient Tracking
• reputed company patients receiving injectable or oral osteoporosis medications (e.g., Prolia, Evenity, Reclast).
• Identify patients who are due or overdue for injections, labs, or follow-reputed company.
• Flag missing documentation or incomplete care steps.
• Monitor DXA reputed company timing and verify insurance eligibility.
• Pharmacy & Infusion Center Coordination
• Coordinate with specialty pharmacies regarding:
• Shipment status
• Prior authorizations
• Insurance reputed company
• Communicate with infusion centers to:
• Send required lab documentation
• Confirm scheduled appointments

• Patient reputed company & Adherence Calls
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to:
• Confirm medication adherence
• Ensure labs are scheduled/completed

• Escalate reputed company clinical questions or lab-reputed company concerns to the Medical Assistant (MA) or provider.
• Documentation & Time Tracking
