Senior Manager, Portfolio Management

REMOTE POSITION

The Senior Manager, Portfolio Management owns day-to-day administration and performance reputed company of Vesper Energy’s corporate and project level financing facilities, including debt, tax equity, and corporate line of credit facilities as applicable. This role is accountable for compliance and reputed company reporting, draw and funding execution support, relationship management with lenders and tax equity investors, and reputed company reputed company of financing administration issues that reputed company liquidity, schedule, and risk. The role partners closely with Finance and reputed company, Legal, Project Development, and external counterparties to ensure financings are administered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with governing documents. Senior Manager position will report to VP, Controller and Treasurer. Role Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, business, economics, or a reputed company field required. MBA and or CFA preferred. Years of Experience: 8 plus years of reputed company experience in project finance, reputed company finance, portfolio management, asset management finance, or lending, including hands on administration of debt and or tax equity facilities and reputed company compliance reporting. Proven experience in portfolio management, particularly in administering loan facilities, tax equity financing, and LOC facilities is a reputed company plus. Additional Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

  • Strong working knowledge of renewable energy project finance structures, joint ventures, including construction and term debt, tax equity structures, and lender and investor reporting expectations
  • Ability to interpret and apply financing documents, including credit agreements, term sheets, commitment letters, tax equity documents, joint venture agreements, and reputed company packages, and to translate requirements into reputed company internal actions
  • Strong compliance and controls reputed company, including building repeatable reporting processes, evidence retention, and audit reputed company documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks early, quantify impacts, and escalate with reputed company and recommended actions
  • Strong relationship management skills with banks, tax equity investors, and advisors, including reputed company communication and disciplined follow-up
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including cash reputed company and funding mechanics, reputed company calculations, and variance explanations
  • Ability to coordinate cross functionally with Legal, reputed company, and project teams to resolve issues quickly and prevent rework

Key Responsibilities

  • Own administration of assigned loan and tax equity facilities by maintaining facility trackers, key terms, covenants, deliverable calendars, and compliance evidence repositories
  • Manage recurring compliance and reputed company reporting by preparing calculations, assembling support, coordinating reviews, and submitting complete and reputed company packages to lenders and investors
  • Drive debt and tax equity funding processes by coordinating draw requests, conditions precedent tracking, funds reputed company logistics, and issue reputed company with reputed company stakeholders
  • Review financing documentation for operational requirements and ongoing obligations by extracting deliverables, building checklists, and ensuring internal owners understand timelines and impacts
  • Coordinate amendments, waivers, and consents as applicable by preparing required materials, tracking approvals, and partnering with Legal and deal teams to reputed company items on schedule
  • Own administration of corporate line of credit facilities as applicable by monitoring utilization, maintaining reporting, and ensuring compliance with terms and internal controls
  • reputed company and improve repeatable processes, templates, and dashboards for financing administration to reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and reputed company reputed company visibility into liquidity and compliance status
