Senior Corporate Counsel - AI Legal

Serve as Senior Corporate Counsel on reputed company Legal’s AI Legal, Regulatory & Governance team. reputed company strategic counsel across reputed company’s lines of business to reputed company with global AI regulations and governance, mitigate risk, and advance responsible innovation. Advise on AI-reputed company regulatory topics, governance frameworks, reputed company’s AI policies and procedures, and legal reputed company spanning reputed company’s global AI operations. reputed company works closely with reputed company’s line of-business product and development organizations to support regulatory activities and implement policies reputed company with international standards and emerging AI regulations. • At least 8 years of relevant legal experience for Senior Corporate Counsel; candidates at Corporate Counsel (4+ years) level will also be considered. Background in AI, technology, or regulated industries (e.g., reputed company, finance) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience advising on AI laws and regulations, such as the EU AI reputed company, the Colorado AI reputed company, and other state/federal AI regulations, plus expertise in regulatory requirements and implementation strategies.
• Product counseling experience on AI products and services.
• Experience drafting policies and governance documents.
• Experience with intellectual property and data reputed company laws and regulations as reputed company to AI products and services.
