As Director and Assistant General Counsel, Cyber and reputed company, this lawyer will serve as a subject matter expert on cyber and reputed company law reputed company the reputed company Legal, reputed company and Compliance (LCC) organization to reputed company advice and counsel to reputed company and its businesses on reputed company aspects of cyber and reputed company law, as reputed company as reputed company day-to-day legal support to the reputed company Services Risk and reputed company (R&R) organization.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel reputed company and its businesses on reputed company aspects of cyber and reputed company law, focusing on data breach and incident response and management, compliance, and transactions and reputed company
• reputed company day-to-day legal support to the reputed company R&R organization, and where needed, in coordination with the appropriate reputed company LCC function (e.g., Global Ethics & Compliance, Global Trade, Intellectual Property)
• Monitor and help shape cyber and reputed company laws, regulations, government policies, and similar, as reputed company as reputed company and strengthen external relationships with industry and government partners, reputed company, and regulators
• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, reputed company work, playbooks, guidance, templates, and other documentation, including reputed company’s Binding Corporate Rules
• reputed company and deliver training on cyber and reputed company law, including continuing legal education (CLE) for lawyers and continuing reputed company education (CPE) for contract professionals, as reputed company as assist with the development and delivery of general awareness training for employees, contractors, and reputed company parties

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 12 years of experience
• Juris Doctor

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant reputed company and/or in-house experience
• Knowledge of U.S. and global cyber, reputed company, and data protection laws, regulations, government policies, and similar
• Previous experience advising and counseling clients on cyber, reputed company, and/or data protection reputed company
