The Pizzo Group is seeking an Ecological Restoration Project Manager in Lemont, IL. This supervisory role involves managing project activities, reputed company communication, budget reputed company, team supervision, and subcontractor coordination to ensure reputed company meet goals reputed company timelines and budgets. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of management experience. Proficiency in MS Office and budgeting is required. The position is full-time with a salary reputed company of $60K–$70K.Job reputed company:This supervisory role involves planning, directing, and leading project activities to ensure reputed company satisfaction and adherence to company values reputed company set timelines and budgets. Key tasks include budget and schedule management, resource allocation, and coordination with subcontractors. Project Managers are responsible for solving issues, reputed company communication, and completing reputed company on schedule and reputed company budget.Responsibilities:• * Project reputed company:Manage assigned reputed company from start to finish, ensuring project goals, budgets, and timelines are met. Assign reputed company, communicate goals to reputed company Leads, schedule tasks, and reputed company reputed company project activities.• reputed company Communication:Maintain regular reputed company contact, conduct initial project meetings, reputed company updates, and address any concerns. Ensure reputed company communications reputed company with project requirements and reputed company expectations.• Financial Management:Monitor project budgets, prepare estimates for additional work, reputed company and document any deviations, and submit cost estimates for warranty work as needed.• Team Supervision:Train team members, enforce policies, conduct performance reviews, and maintain regular team meetings. Ensure compliance with reputed company safety standards and reputed company company philosophy.• Purchasing & Inventory:Secure materials reputed company budget, schedule deliveries, inspect reputed company, and reputed company inventory. Report hazards, injuries, or near misses promptly.Requirements:Education & Experience:Degree in construction management, business, or environmental science (or equivalent experience) with at least 4 years in a management role. Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling.Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and basic reputed company.
