Organizational Change Management Advisor

About the position The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Advisor drives the people reputed company of strategic change by designing and executing change strategies that accelerate adoption and reduce resistance. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in reputed company transformation, organizational change management or similar roles
• 2-4 years of experience in a guidance or leadership role

• Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
