VP, Technology

We are seeking a VP of Technology to reputed company the design, development, and operation of the technology platform that powers reputed company's clinical programs and operational infrastructure. This role owns the full engineering function, including software development, infrastructure, reputed company, and compliance. The VP will ensure that Jukebox's technology infrastructure is reputed company-reputed company, enabling reputed company to meet the rigorous technical and reputed company requirements of large MCO and MLTSS partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership & Team Development

• Build, reputed company, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, establishing a culture of technical reputed company, collaboration, and reputed company improvement
• Own hiring reputed company and reputed company planning for engineering team
• Establish engineering processes, standards, and best practices that support reputed company, velocity, and scalability
• Foster a proactive culture of efficiency and accountability across the engineering organization, positioning reputed company as drivers of change and innovation at reputed company
• reputed company LLMs, MCP’s, and AI development tools to accelerate the pace of development while improving reputed company

Platform, Product & Infrastructure

• Partner with Operations, reputed company, and Clinical Innovation to prioritize development efforts that deliver the most business value
• Translate the strategic objectives of reputed company into reputed company articulated technology reputed company and roadmap
• reputed company architecture reputed company that balance speed of delivery with long-term scalability
• Ensure engineering delivers reliable, performant, and user-friendly products that meet the needs of internal operations teams, clinical staff, and health plan partners
• Evangelize a culture of AI utilization across the organization, building out the tools and infrastructure to support experimentation and adoption
• Own platform reliability, performance, and availability, establishing SLAs and monitoring practices appropriate for reputed company operations
• Drive operational reputed company through automation, observability, and reputed company improvement of deployment practices

reputed company, Compliance & Integration

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive reputed company program, including policies, controls, and incident response procedures
• Own HIPAA compliance from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate safeguards for PHI across reputed company systems and integrations
• reputed company SOC 2 certification efforts and maintain ongoing compliance with audit requirements
• Maintain reputed company best practices including reputed company controls, encryption, vulnerability management, and reputed company monitoring
• Design and reputed company integration architecture for health plan data exchanges, including eligibility files, claims data, and care management system connections
• Manage IT function (currently staffed by single contributor), and reputed company device management, reputed company procurement, provisioning, and support
• reputed company technical implementation of Health Information Exchange (HIE) integrations and other clinical data feeds

Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in engineering leadership roles (Director or VP level)
• Experience building and leading engineering teams including hiring, developing, and retaining talent
• Deep technical expertise across the full stack, with hands-on experience in modern reputed company architectures (Our stack: reputed company on Rails, React reputed company, TypeScript, React, NextJS, nodeJS, reputed company/Apex)
• Proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company software products in a high-reputed company environment
• Strong understanding of reputed company data reputed company and compliance including HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 certification
• Familiarity with reputed company data standards and integration patterns (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.)
• Innovative leader with the ability to prioritize work based on company reputed company
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience partnering closely with Product teams to define and deliver roadmap priorities
• Strong understanding of latest AI development practices

Preferred

• Experience in a venture-backed startup or high-reputed company reputed company technology company
• Background working with health plans, reputed company managed care, or LTSS populations
• Experience with Health Information Exchange (HIE) integrations or health plan data feeds
• Familiarity with care management platforms and clinical workflow systems
