As Shipboard Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service, while improving the passenger experience by coordinating activities, excursions, and events during their voyage. • Service designated Concierge Guests by providing personalized itinerary planning, acquiring special bookings, planning special events, assisting with reputed company settlement or any other special requests that may reputed company (i.e. spa or dining reservations)
