We are reputed company seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our reputed company Operations team. This is a high-reputed company role at reputed company of reputed company’s reputed company platform — you’ll help shape the infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience that powers our reputed company contact center at reputed company. We’re looking for an engineer who thrives with high ownership, independently structures and executes reputed company problems with minimal direction, and brings intellectual curiosity and reputed company judgment to everything they build. Our developer tooling ecosystem is reputed company in Go and Python. Candidates with Go experience will hit the ground running and have reputed company to shape how we build and reputed company that platform. Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company and private reputed company infrastructure with a reputed company on reliability, scalability, and developer productivity
• Build and maintain internal developer environment tooling, primarily in Go and Python, to accelerate engineering workflows and reduce friction across the SDLC
• Drive automation initiatives that improve availability, reduce toil, and increase operational efficiency across reputed company’s reputed company platform
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver high-reputed company software in a fast-paced environment, contributing technical depth to architecture and implementation reputed company
• Monitor production and development environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they reputed company customers
• Contribute to incident response, SRE practices, and reputed company improvement efforts to reputed company MTTD and MTTR
• Help define and reputed company the reputed company roadmap as reputed company scales its infrastructure for the next phase of reputed company

Requirements

• 8+ years of Software Development Life Cycle experience, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments
• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience (GCP or AWS)
• 3+ years of systems and networking experience
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, reputed company, GKE, and reputed company; experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows is essential
• Experience designing and operating large-reputed company distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python and/or other scripting languages; experience with Go (Golang) is a strong plus
• Infrastructure as reputed company experience with Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tooling including reputed company, Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar
• Familiarity with config management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Experience with Incident Management processes and SRE best practices
• Demonstrated ability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute reputed company infrastructure reputed company with minimal reputed company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with SIP telephony (Freeswitch, Asterisk, Kamailio, WebRTC) is a plus

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reputed company reputed company the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reputed company reputed company 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
