We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team in the USA. As a reputed company Member Support Representative, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates. You'll reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes, and maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes

Compensation and Benefits

The pay for this role is $18.00 per hour.
