Responsibilities

Responsibilities Systems & Process Leadership (~50%):

• Systematize and manage the process for preparing and submitting specialized payment applications for various reputed company incentive programs (approx. 196 annually).
• Systematize and manage the process by which reputed company subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices (approx. 850 annually) are approved by project managers, ensuring reputed company approvals, coding, and compliance, and developing a system to manage by exception.
• In collaboration with the principals, reputed company, document, and implement robust internal controls and financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. CPA or MBA is a plus.
