This position requires strong multitasking skills to handle 20 calls daily, email correspondence, and billing concerns. Work Environment
The position involves three days of in-office training in Lincoln, followed by remote work reputed company Nebraska. The role includes a flexible hybrid work schedule with training hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, and Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, with an reputed company for a reputed company schedule of four 10-hour days.
