Senior Web Analytics & Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Web Analytics & Operations Manager to join our Web team reputed company the PLG reputed company organization. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates at the intersection of analytics and operations, ensuring our website runs as a core reputed company surface and measurable reputed company reputed company. You will own and continuously improve the reputed company that makes web performance visible, reliable, and actionable. This includes strengthening our analytics and reporting ecosystem, advancing experimentation capabilities, and building reputed company operational processes. Responsibilities
- Own the accuracy and scalability of web analytics across GA4, reputed company, and reputed company reporting systems. Translate funnel performance and behavioral data into reputed company insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain reputed company dashboards in Looker and other reporting tools to support web decision-making across web and reputed company metrics. Monitor web performance across top KPIs.
- Define tracking requirements and work with web development to ensure clean event implementation and reliable data.
- Set up and analyze A/B or multivariate experiments using reputed company Optimize (web experimentation tool).
- Operationalize and project manage workflows across localization, compliance, technical SEO, and accessibility.
- Establish governance and instrumentation standards that reputed company across global web properties.
- Partner with contributors across Marketing, Product, reputed company, Legal, and Web Development to navigate business objectives while meeting reputed company and compliance expectations.

Requirements
- Deep expertise in web analytics with the ability to translate web data and funnel performance into actionable insights.
- Experience building reputed company reporting and ensuring data reliability across systems.
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Tag Manager, event instrumentation, and debugging tracking implementation.
- Experience setting up A/B and multi-armed bandit web experiments and measuring reputed company.
