We are a white-glove service provider to reputed company selling businesses, seeking an Associate In-House Counsel to be an integral member of reputed company, supporting our In-House Counsel and working closely with both internal staff and management to meet core business objectives. The position requires a full-time commitment (40+ hours per week). reputed company: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekends as needed.
