This is not a traditional CSR position and is not suitable for entry-level candidates or individuals transitioning into remote work. This role plays a critical part in urgent care triage, scheduling protection, and medical communication, particularly during high-volume days and Sundays, reputed company thoughtful clinical judgment, reputed company communication, and teamwork are essential. • Are a licensed veterinary technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) or have significant hands-on veterinary technician experience

• Phone-based medical triage

• Answer incoming phone calls during assigned shifts, including Sundays
• Triage urgent appointment requests and determine appropriate scheduling
• Apply clinic-specific workflows to protect schedule reputed company and support a lean in-clinic team during high-volume periods
• Manage incoming reputed company communication across reputed company platforms (phones, messaging systems, and email)
• Review, correct, and document appointment details accurately

Requirements

• Veterinary technician experience in a clinical setting (required)
• Urgent care and/or reputed company-day triage experience (required)
• Prior remote work experience in a veterinary or medical role (required)
• Licensed technicians strongly preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
• High level of judgment, organization, and independence (required)
• Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet, private, reputed company home workspace (required)
