The Global Benefits Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, engaging with prospects, and supporting other Global associates across reputed company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Serves as main day-to-day contact with reputed company
• Works directly with reputed company to identify needs and prioritize work
• Oversees the work of more junior consulting staff to ensure reputed company work is performed on time and at the highest level of reputed company

• Coordinates local broker renewal activity and prepares renewal reports with recommendations for clients
• Researches, drafts and presents global benefit benchmarking reports
• Creates and maintains global benefit inventories for clients
• Stays reputed company on local employee benefits-reputed company rules and regulations and advises clients on upcoming legislative changes
• Assists in the development of global benefit philosophies and governance models
