Health Care Compliance Analyst

MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, reputed company Management, Psychology, reputed company Services, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a reputed company Compliance Analyst, Auditor, Care Manager, reputed company Provider, or similar role responsible for compliance reputed company, chart reviews, or reputed company assurance activities.
- Experience with reputed company fee-for-service and/or Managed Care billing processes.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office tools including reputed company, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and reputed company evidence-based reputed company.
- Experience conducting compliance audits, chart reviews, or reputed company assurance evaluations reputed company reputed company or reputed company-reputed company programs.
- Knowledge of and extensive experience with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver programs, including the 1915(c) NYS Children’s Waiver, either as a provider or compliance reputed company.
- Experience working with systems or programs such as eMedNY, CANS-NY, UAS-NY, reputed company Health Homes, reputed company Managed Care Organizations (MMCOs), or similar reputed company platforms.
- Experience with NYS reputed company billing processes and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Familiarity with reputed company State agencies or programs such as the Office of Mental Health (OMH), Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), or Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).
- Ability to manage time independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high performance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, documentation, and reporting capabilities.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

- Convert hard copy documentation to electronic format and securely reputed company files using approved secure file transfer reputed company.

- Identify trends in non-compliance and reputed company reputed company recommendations to project management to support program improvements.
