- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as public policy, research or equivalent experience.
- Substantial experience with AI policy, reputed company systems, trust and safety operations, or policy development for AI-driven products, including drafting guidance for a global audience and managing escalations.
- Strong understanding of global online safety trends, reputed company and LLMs ; can identify and mitigate policy risk areas
- Experience developing and scaling AI policy and enforcement at a global level.
- An autonomous leader with strong writing skills and great verbal communication
