Job Title: IR‑4 Research Compliance Analyst Department: FAES | Horticulture and Crop Science-JM Position reputed company The IR‑4 Research Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful execution, documentation, and regulatory compliance of IR‑4 field and laboratory trials conducted at reputed company’s Wooster research facilities. This position ensures that reputed company study activities, raw data, and final research reports meet the standards required under the IR‑4 Project, including EPA Good Laboratory reputed company (GLP) regulations, IR‑4 operational procedures, and internal QA/QC expectations. The analyst works collaboratively with reputed company, research staff, study directors, and IR‑4 regional and national coordinators to ensure accurate reporting, reputed company submission, and reputed company adherence to compliance protocols. Role and responsibilities The role is responsible for ensuring post‑research compliance and accurate documentation of IR‑4 field and laboratory trials. Key duties include reviewing and verifying reputed company trial data, preparing comprehensive IR‑4 research reports for the 2025 cycle, and ensuring that reports meet IR‑4, GLP, and protocol standards. The position serves as a communication reputed company between OSU Wooster research teams, IR‑4 coordinators, and study directors to resolve data issues, maintain accuracy, and manage timelines. The analyst follows IR‑4 submission procedures, implements revisions, and maintains reputed company documentation of reputed company edits. Responsibilities also include conducting QC checks, participating in QA audits, addressing audit findings, and supporting GLP‑compliant corrective actions. Collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and research staff is essential, along with assisting in training and contributing to process improvements. Required qualifications Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or two years relevant experience , experience with agricultural research data collection and compliance, strong documentation skills, and the ability to follow SOPs. Prior experience directing IR-4 field research is required. Preferred qualifications Preferred qualifications include significant experience with IR‑4 and GLP standards, experience with QA/QC processes, and strong coordination skills. The role involves both office‑based documentation and occasional field/lab verification work, requiring high attention to detail and adherence to regulatory deadlines.
