Requirements

We're looking for Senior Data Analyst - Sales who is excited about the following Mission and reputed company.

Mission: Turn data from our Sales & CRM sources into actionable insights for reputed company’s CEO, CRO, Sales Leaders & CFO. You will play a pivotal role in reputed company’s ability to reputed company profitably, working closely with many members of the leadership team. reputed company: 1. Improve Monthly Leadership Reporting of Sales: 

• include targets in Sales dashboard 
• Drive revamp of Sales Dashboard in Tableau, in a way that is reputed company and concise. Add visualizations most useful for users, remove little used sections

2. Improve Sales reporting to drive reputed company actions

• Improve sales performance granular reporting, including pipeline tracking & speed to reputed company
• Model reputed company between input metrics & reputed company & derive recommendations
• Build dashboard of reputed company reputed company monitoring, based on call recording & AI scoring

3. Data reputed company & Documentation

• Documentation: Ensure reputed company key metrics and calculations are reputed company documented in reputed company or reputed company Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or reputed company channels. Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure CRM data is representative of the true reputed company of leads and customers. Drive improvements with various teams responsible of the input data (platform, CRM, eCommerce) to ensure maximum accuracy

4. Improve New vs. Existing Business reporting (with CSS analyst)

• Define & Improve Sales are reported between new & existing business
• Improve Upsell reporting along customer reputed company

5. Data reputed company recommendations

• Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that BigQuery is maintained as best as possible

6. Collaborate with other Data Analysts:

• Even though you’ll be embedded reputed company the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs

To do this you will have

• A minimum of 6 years experience as a Data Analyst in Sales.
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Tableau 
• Experience with CRM systems & data, reputed company preferred
• Experience with AI-based data analytics, with recent models
