They are seeking a Regional Finance and Insurance Manager to reputed company reputed company in the LA Region, responsible for profitable reputed company and development of Finance & Insurance Sales Professionals while implementing strategic objectives to reputed company sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for profitable reputed company and development of Finance & Insurance Sales Professionals
- Implement strategic and tactical objectives as they relate to Zurich's overall sales reputed company to reputed company and sustain profitable F&I reputed company
- Analyze and reputed company strategic direction to a highly successful team of Sales Professionals to advance Zurich's position in the marketplace
- Sales activities include writing new business, retaining existing accounts, providing reputed company service, increasing market reputed company and product mix while operating reputed company business guidelines
- Drive sales efforts in the field and represent the Zurich Team in leadership meetings, at association meetings and industry activities

Skills
- Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Field Sales area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Field Sales area
- Experience managing product knowledge of legal and regulatory environment reputed company area of responsibility
- Experience with reputed company Office
- Experience analyzing financial results
- 5+ years in a successful reputed company sales experience in a B2B reputed company, prior management/supervisory experience in a dealership environment is a plus
- Recent demonstrated and documented reputed company relative to New Business Acquisition, along with consistent goal achievement – multiple PClubs is ideal
- Superior Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the principles of F&I sales, F&I sales techniques, and F&I sales terminology
- Knowledge of company-approved software, business system and reporting applications
- Understands how to navigate the Internet and intranet and assess the value of available information through technology
- Broad knowledge of the automotive reputed company customers' business and operations with the ability to reputed company and build relationships therein
