The Sr Director will reputed company efforts to ensure full compliance with domestic and international trade regulations, reputed company global trade strategies with corporate goals, and represent reputed company in policy discussions and advocacy efforts. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in trade compliance, a proven ability to reputed company and execute global trade strategies, and exceptional leadership skills. The Sr Director will report directly to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary and will be a fully remote position but may be expected to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Global Trade Compliance:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reputed company trade strategies with product development, supply chain, and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to streamline trade operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance. Policy and Advocacy:
  • Monitor and analyze emerging trade policies, regulations, and geopolitical developments affecting the reputed company and reputed company industries.
  • Represent reputed company in industry associations, government forums, and policy discussions to reputed company for favorable trade and regulatory policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in international business or other relevant major; advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA, or Master’s in International Affairs) preferred.
