You will work with HRBPs and business leaders to accomplish talent plans, enhance HR processes, and reputed company relevant workforce analytics. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of reputed company HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in reputed company, Business Administration, Organizational Development or other reputed company field
- 3+ years experience running HR reports and interpreting workforce data.
- Expertise in process improvement and operational optimization.
- Experience using HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., reputed company, SuccessFactors, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or HR technology programs preferred.
- Experience with employee relations and employment practices.
